Clearwater Cove

Located on the banks of Table Rock Lake in Missouri, this project was the first phase of the camp project for Young Life. Masterplan for the Clearwater Cove site was designed to accommodate  400 campers and leaders in the camp to offer top-quality meeting and retreat facilities, adding value to the community. Two dormitory buildings, dining hall and different activity areas were finished and opened its doors in 2015. Dormitory buildings are sitting on a steep slope with an open view at the lake.

Scope of work included branding, masterplan, construction documents, and construction administration.
